For ages 4-9. Cheerleading offers the opportunity to develop self-reliance & self-confidence on an individual level, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork in the squad. Participants learn age-appropriate chants, cheers & dance routines, & will cheer at YMCA sporting events. Registration runs through August 23rd.
Volunteer coaches needed. If interested, there will be a coach’s meeting on Thursday, September 7, 6:00 p.m. at the YMCA Youth Activity Center, 2550 Bienville Blvd. in OS.
